Xbox One X was announced back at E3 2016 and is officially revealed now courtesy of E3 2017. We got a look at the new console at the event but today we have the console’s retail box for you. Below you can see the Xbox One X retail box images, as well as the front and back of the console itself.
However, keep in mind that Xbox One X SDK we saw at E3 2017 wasn’t finalized. Xbox One X SDK was revealed during Microsoft’s E3 2017 press event and it looked identical to the development kit images we saw previously. We took it as the final SDK but as we now know, the Xbox One X SDK we saw at E3 2017 is still being worked on. According to Mike Yabbara, it is still not finished and some details are being worked on. If a rumor is to be believed, the SDK has 20-25% to go before it’s finalized.
So if you notice some minor changes here and there, you know why that is.
The Xbox One X retail box looks pretty good; it is simple and elegant. The box features Turn 10’s Forza Motorsport 7 on the back and a very classy shot of the console itself on the front.
The console is available in matt black color but at some point, we should see different color options. Xbox One X is available for pre-order for $499.99 in the United States. You can pick up a unit from Amazon, Walmart, GameStop, or Best Buy.
The console also features built-in 4K blue ray player inside the machine. The console will launch on November 7, 2017, worldwide. For more on Xbox One, stay-tuned!
