CLINTON — The Clinton County Development Association on Wednesday approved a request to re-open a grant for the Gateway Area Police Agencies for $8,000. GAPA consists of the Clinton Police Department, Camanche Police Department, DeWitt Police Department, Fulton Police Department and the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
