It’s the last stretch of Golden week sale at PSN and Xbox Live, and while most of the deals are just typical PSN flash sale and typical Xbox Live Deals with Gold discounts, there are a few gems in the mix. You’ll find mostly Bandai Namco titles at PSN, while Xbox Live has mostly Capcom titles. Check out the full list of PSN deals here and Xbox Live deals here (both with price history table so you’ll know which game reached new low price). The Golden Week Sale at PSN ends tomorrow morning, while the Xbox Live deals will end later tonight.
For those who still didn’t pick up a copy of NieR: Automata, the game is on sale for the PS4 this week at Best Buy by 25% off to $44.99 (matching PSN price). But this also means that if you have GCU you can stack it for a further discount to $35.99, making it a great price for a recently released (and well received) title. NieR: Automata‘s new DLC “3C3C1D119440927” released last Tuesday (doesn’t that title just roll off the tongue) and while there aren’t any deals for PS4 gamers, PC gamers can pick up the Steam copy for 18% off to $11.47. The new DLC includes new costume and additional gameplay mode. You can read more about it here.
Those on PC looking to catch a discount on Bethesda’s Prey will want to look to GamesPlanet. There you’ll find a discount to £34.99 in British Pounds, but since the game has no region restriction, buyers in US Dollars will only pay about $45 making it a solid 25% off. The discount is even better for Australian gamers who are getting charged $79.99 US Dollars (not AUD) for the same game this being a 44% discount.
